Individual Therapy

At Aruma we believe that everyone should have a therapist, just as we have a doctor and dentist.  Our mental and emotional health is equally as important as our physical health, and it is our personal responsibility to tend to it.  Therapy is a tool to support you in healing from trauma, receive support with anxiety & depression, and navigate life’s every day challenges.  Our accredited health professionals offer a non-judgmental, empathetic space for you to sift through old patterns, stories, and ultimately return to your authentic self.

Partner Therapy

Very rarely are we told just how much work needs to go into a committed, intimate relationship.  This is why partner therapy is essential for two souls to learn how to communicate effectively, grow a deeper connection, and not lose themselves in the process.   There is no need to wait for a “crisis” before engaging in this process.  We are also not taught how to end relationships, which is why we see so much pain and conflict within separation/and or divorce.  Partner therapy can support and guide couples to reach an ending that includes respect and love.

Child & Youth Therapy

Therapy is the best way to support children and youth in adjusting to changes in family life or structure, coping with difficult emotions and situations at home and at school, and finding their voice in a complex world.  With an increase in media accessibility, blended family environments, and general expectations, children and/or youth need an opportunity to process, feel, and release anxieties associated with these increasing factors.  Therapy can offer this safe space.
