Kelli-Anne Tosh is a Child and Youth Care Practitioner (CYW, B.A., CYC) and Registered Psychotherapist with a passion for fostering positive change and healthy development in children and youth. She uses a strength based approach to promote the optimal emotional, spiritual, cognitive and psycho-social development of young people. She provides a non-judgemental approach with the goal of assisting children and youth to become empowered to make changes so they can live healthy and productive lives.
Kelli has over 20 years experience working with youth individually and in groups who are experiencing mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, borderline personality, addictions and other mental health challenges. She integrates various techniques into her practice and has training in CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Suicide Intervention/ASSIST and Motivational Interviewing.
Kelli believes that all children and youth should be fully engaged in working towards making positive changes in their own well-being emotionally and spiritually. At Aruma, Kelli works with children and youth under the age of 18.
