I provide counselling and psychotherapy with the intention of forming understanding, compassionate, and trusting connections to support individuals as they navigate through the inevitable ups and downs of being human. I have supported individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, traumatic experiences, domestic abuse, low self-esteem, and various life transitions. Whether you are seeking to better understand your mental health, or to start working toward change, I will collaborate with you to form a plan that fits your needs.
Should we work together, you can expect me to draw on my training in cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, attachment theory, and trauma-sensitive approaches to name a few. My aim is to help you to examine your unmet needs and bring awareness to how to heal within the therapeutic relationship.
