Class Descriptions

Join Haley for an intensely physical, grounding, and healing Forrest yoga class, derived from founder, Ana Forrest.  This practice is built on the basis of four pillars: breath, strength, integrity, and spirit.  Forrest yoga places an emphasis on finding connection in the body through deep breathing; becoming centered through core strength; becoming self-aware of your ‘edges’; and lastly, creating a sense of freedom off the mat.

This 75 minute yoga class combines gentle yoga poses with breath work to build strength, space, and body awareness. With added elements of restorative stretching, meditation, affirmations, and/or music to package you back up. Open to all levels, great for anyone looking for a more gentle flow, new to yoga, or those searching for the therapeutic benefits of yoga. Come connect your mind, body, and spirit.

This 90 minute class uses the foundation of a strength building Hatha flow, with combinations of balancing postures, functional movement, stretching, meditation, and breath work. We’ve named this class “Hatha Mixer”, simply because you never know what you will be doing on a week to week basis in Bobbi’s classes. These classes will challenge your view on what a regular yoga class is and can be. This class is designed to help you discover your inner/outer strength and to aid you in feeling more connected to yourself, mind body spirit. This class is open to all levels, so come as you are!
