Emily is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a Certified Art Therapist. Art therapy can add a unique dimension to the therapeutic experience where creative interventions such as writing, painting, sculpting, and drawing become powerful tools for self-exploration and healing.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) focuses on restructuring thoughts, feelings and behaviours that may be contributing to sleep issues. Through CBT-I, clients learn practical strategies to improve sleep, while also reframing their relationship with sleep. It can be an effective modality in treating short-term or chronic insomnia.
