It can assist in eliminating or controlling unmanageable symptoms so an individual can increase their overall functioning and well-being. Psychotherapy helps with the impact of trauma, medical illness, death, coping with the challenges associated with daily life; and specific mental health disorders, such as anxiety and depression.
Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaching focuses on the present, visioning for the future, actualizing potentials, and moving forward.
