Intentional Spaces

To see this room “empty” — with tools that were ordered months ago finally resting where they belong — makes our hearts tear up.

Since we took over our unit a month ago (4 offices + somatic studio), this space has been everything but a somatic studio.

It’s been our IKEA-assembly zone. Our take-out-and-schedule-planning corner. Our ordering room. Our storage room. Our “have a cry and debrief after a long day” room.

It’s held ideas, worries, hopes, and late-night conversations.

And now? It’s slowly beginning to look/feel like home.

We were… particular (okay, very particular) about the @bhalfmoon_official mats. They had to be this exact colour, which meant pre-ordering them months in advance and crossing our fingers they would arrive on time. Then crossing our fingers again that they’d blend with the blocks, blankets, and bolsters that arrived early. (They do — Thank GAWD 😅)

If you’ve been with us since the early days, you’ll remember Aruma 1.0 — our original wellness center with our sweet yoga studio that held 12 mats comfortably.

We hosted weekly yoga classes, nervous-system workshops, women’s circles, sound ceremonies, somatic groups, grief and grounding sessions, and so many community gatherings in that container.

And here’s the part that makes our hearts flip:

✨We’re bringing that spirit back…

A dedicated somatic studio. Movement sessions. Workshops. Restorative practices. Coming early 2026 — in a space aligned with who we’ve grown to be. They will be intimate (8 spots only), intentional, and of course informative.

This is your sneak peek.

We can’t wait to fill this room with breath, movement, regulation, and community again.

Stay tuned ❣️❣️❣️
