Emily Paris

Registered Psychotherapist

Provides services in Perth, Carleton Place, and virtually

Note:

Emily is away on maternity leave, cherishing this new chapter, and looks forward to being back with her clients soon.

Therapy with Emily is a space to slow down, listen in, and deepen your inner work. With a grounded, intuitive presence, she offers a compassionate container where long-held patterns can soften, protective strategies can be met with care, and more of your truth can come into view. She weaves together evidence-based approaches with a soulfully human touch.

Emily honours both science and the spirit of healing, drawing from mindfulness, somatic practices, art therapy, internal family systems and trauma-informed care. She supports individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, early relational wounds, and the layered transitions of fertility, pregnancy, and parenthood. Her practice is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens in the context of relationship — where trust, safety, and self-compassion can take root.

As an art therapist, Emily invites the wisdom of the creative process into the work. Through visual expression, metaphor, and image-making, clients can access and process complex emotions, trauma, and nonverbal memory — offering embodied pathways to insight and integration.

Emily meets her clients with warmth, humour, and a deep respect for the complexity of being human. Her work is relational, and real. A space for your ongoing unfolding.
