Helping kids, teens & adults feel more like themselves — and less like they have to be someone else.

Kelli works with children, teens, and adults who are navigating life’s tougher stuff — anxiety that won’t let go, trauma that lives in the body, identity that feels unclear, and self-worth that got buried somewhere along the way.

Her vibe? Nurturing, energetic, a little quirky, and totally real. Kelli shows up fully — with curiosity, compassion, and big-hearted, spunky energy — because therapy should feel human, not clinical.

She believes healing starts with connection. While she may use tools like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, or creative strategies, what matters most is building a relationship where clients feel safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and completely themselves.

For Parents

If your child is self-harming, overwhelmed, shutting down, or just not acting like themselves, you’re not failing — you’re facing something that needs more than love alone. Kelli helps kids and teens explore big, tangled feelings they don’t always have words for. Through creativity, movement, play, and honest conversation (on their terms), they begin to feel more in control. Kelli works closely with parents as well — offering guidance and support every step of the way.

Things She believe in

  • Self-harm is about pain, not attention
  • Identity is complex, sacred, and worth protecting
  • Kids and teens are incredibly wise — and often misunderstood
  • Therapy can be raw, deep, and still full of humour and warmth

Most At Home

Kelli feels most grounded working with people who are trying to find their voice, make sense of their story, and build a life that actually feels like theirs. Whether that’s a child managing big emotions, a teen exploring identity, or an adult unlearning what no longer serves them — she’s here for it, fully.
