Lindsay supports individuals navigating depression, anxiety, parenting challenges, interpersonal conflicts, stress and burnout, grief, and major life transitions. Her approach is solution-focused, blending Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with mindfulness and strength-based techniques to help clients build resilience and move forward with clarity.

Creative expression is an important part of her life—whether she’s performing in her band, stepping onto a theatre stage, or quietly reading by the water, these moments refill her cup. Life is delightfully full with two energetic pre-teen boys and one quirky, attention-seeking Corgi pup, keeping her on her toes and bringing joy to each day.
