The Reset is a trauma-informed, nervous-system-led breathwork series for people who want to feel more at home in their bodies.
This is not about forcing emotional breakthroughs.
It’s about helping your body feel safe enough to soften, listen, release, and change.
Over four weeks, we gently move from understanding what your nervous system is doing, to feeling and integrating what it’s been holding, to anchoring into who you are when there is more space inside.
No breathwork experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to listen to your body.
Week 1 — Safety & Understanding
Learn what your nervous system is doing and how breathwork actually works.
Weeks 2–3 — Integration & Release
We gently explore what your body has been holding and allow it to move through in a supported way.
Week 4 — Transformation
We anchor into what has shifted and breathe into who you are becoming.
This series is for you if you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or curious about what your body has been holding — and you want a gentle, supportive way to reconnect.
This is not a high-intensity or journeying-styled breathwork experience. We move slowly and respectfully, with your unique individual nervous system leading.
